Compliance Enforcement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Enforcement Specialist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Limited. As a Trading Standards and Administration Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various legislations administered by the Trading Standards Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to businesses for investigation and advice purposes
- Enforce a wide range of legislation administered by the Trading Standards Service
- Respond to requests for business advice from traders
- Investigate complaints as required
- Maintain a working knowledge of the legislation enforced by the department and a deep knowledge in their working area
Requirements:
- TS Practitioner Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at grade C (Grade 4) or above - or their equivalent - (inc Maths & English Language)
- Detailed knowledge of some specialist legislative areas
- Quality Control, audit and investigative experience showing clear results
Salary: Up to £20.20 per hour PAYE DOE
Location: EXETER
