Compliance Governance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Governance Specialist to ensure adherence to ICAEW Practice Assurance standards and Ethical Standards at Old Mill. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise in accounting principles and regulations to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with accounting regulations and standards
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills to effectively train and educate staff on compliance matters. Your strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data will enable you to identify potential compliance issues and provide solutions.
Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualification (or nearing completion)
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Familiarity with compliance software and tools (a plus)
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance, flexible working, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
