Aviation Compliance Specialist

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager with experience in the Aviation industry to join their team. This role will involve implementing a compliance monitoring program, ensuring safety and compliance systems are effective, and managing sub-contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing a compliance monitoring program to track maintenance procedures and ensure environmental, health, and safety standards are met.
- Providing regular updates to the Accountable Manager on the effectiveness of safety and compliance systems.
- Assessing and managing sub-contractors and suppliers to meet UKCAA and other requirements.
- Coordinating qualified Compliance and Safety Engineers for advisory roles, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing hazard identification, risk analysis, safety reports, and change processes.
- Quality Manager experience within Aviation.
- Strong knowledge of air legislation, aircraft maintenance, leadership, training, and IT skills.
Ernest Gordon Recruitment offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus OTE £85,000 - £90,000, bonuses, career progression opportunities, enhanced holiday entitlement, onsite parking, and a pension scheme.
