Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview:
The Senior Business Administrator will provide administrative support to senior management, including diary and mailbox management, updating communications, coordinating data, planning events, and undertaking various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
- Provide secretariat support to senior management, ensuring their time is optimized through effective diary and mailbox management.
- Update, coordinate, and issue directorate and group-level communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collate and maintain accurate data and records to support management information reports, providing valuable insights for senior leadership.
- Plan and deliver high-profile events, utilizing allocated resources effectively.
- Undertake other administrative tasks for the senior leadership team, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- MS Office Proficiency: Essential.
- Communication Experience: Highly desirable.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work pro-actively with minimal supervision, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
Salary Information: The salary for this role is approximately £14.57 per hour (umbrella), reflecting the importance of this position in supporting senior management.
