Job Description: Procurement and Administration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Administration Specialist to join our Pricing Team at Carparisonleasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes from start to finish
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and dealers
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes where possible

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in procurement or administration roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £52,000 per annum.
