About the Role

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our SEND team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the SENDCo and broader learning support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SEND team with all administrative tasks.
  • Assist SEND colleagues and teaching staff in the coordination of meetings for parents and in-service courses.
  • Oversee the SENCo's diary to ensure effective use of time.
  • Coordinate and book in student reviews.
  • Other responsibilities to support the Inclusion team.

Requirements

  • Administration experience is beneficial.
  • Experience of working with confidential information.
  • Experience of SIMS.
  • Awareness of current issues in education.
  • Experience of delivering to deadlines and achieving set targets to a high standard.
