Job Title: Psychology Graduate Support Officer

Are you a psychology graduate seeking a role that combines your administrative skills with your passion for education?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate Support Officer to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. As a Psychology Graduate Support Officer, you will provide dedicated administrative support to our SENDCo and broader learning support team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to gain further experience in a SEND environment while contributing to the essential support provided to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the SEND team with all administrative tasks.
  • Assisting SEND colleagues and teaching staff in the coordination of meetings for parents and in-service courses.
  • Overseeing the SENCo's diary to ensure effective use of time.
  • Coordinating and booking in student reviews.
  • Other responsibilities to support the Inclusion team.

Requirements:
  • Administration experience is beneficial.
  • Experience of working with confidential information.
  • Experience of SIMS.
  • Awareness of current issues in education.
  • Experience of delivering to deadlines and achieving set targets to a high standard.
