Education Support Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large Specialist School in Havering.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
- Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure a consistent approach
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
