Special Educational Needs Support Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and Speech and Language Needs.
- Assist with classroom activities and interventions to meet students' goals.
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Act as a First Aider (training provided).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting students with SEN.
