Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to review and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters, including attending meetings to advise on the correct course of action
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Recruitment, shortlisting, and selecting candidates for various roles
  • Managing the appraisal process to ensure employee growth and development
  • Coordinating HR projects to improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a busy department
  • Ability to manage multiple personnel streams and cases simultaneously
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 or similar qualification
  • Accuracy in maintaining personnel files and records
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems

What We Offer
