Senior HR Business Partner

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at findapprenticeships.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and deployment of our People Plan, focusing on succession & talent, learning & development, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
- Work with central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing
- Maintain positive relationships with central HR functions
- Support the HR service team in managing employee relations issues
- Take an active role in future talent processes, including graduate recruitment
- Undertake and lead HR project work as identified
- Work closely with the L&D team to provide support in the coordination of training & development for managers and their teams
- Meet regularly with the Head of People to ensure consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies
Requirements:
- Extensive senior Advisory/Partnering experience within a professional Human Resources function
- High level of educational achievement
- Extensive experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employment law principles
- Fully CIPD qualified, preferably Chartered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills, flexible approach, pro-active self-starter, action orientated, resilient with a can-do attitude

- Understanding and experience of manpower planning, resourcing
