**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at findapprenticeships.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and deployment of our People Plan, focusing on succession & talent, learning & development, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
  • Work with central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Maintain positive relationships with central HR functions
  • Support the HR service team in managing employee relations issues
  • Take an active role in future talent processes, including graduate recruitment
  • Undertake and lead HR project work as identified
  • Work closely with the L&D team to provide support in the coordination of training & development for managers and their teams
  • Meet regularly with the Head of People to ensure consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior Advisory/Partnering experience within a professional Human Resources function
  • High level of educational achievement
  • Extensive experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment law principles
  • Fully CIPD qualified, preferably Chartered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills, flexible approach, pro-active self-starter, action orientated, resilient with a can-do attitude

  • Understanding and experience of manpower planning, resourcing
