The Role
The role of the Product Manager is to manage the existing product portfolio and new product developments in order to drive growth and higher profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market demands.
- Product Development: Project manage the introduction of new products and product changes, from idea through to launch, ensuring region-specific specifications are met, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery on time and in full.
- Market Insight: Work closely with the sales teams across each region to understand market and customer requirements, and to define product specifications based on this insight.
