Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of Procter & Gamble products across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive category growth and increase sales of Procter & Gamble products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and the Procter & Gamble brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and fulfill immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driver's license.
