Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category sales and dominance in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store contacts to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate promotional space and product placement to maximize in-store visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented sales initiatives.
  • Full UK driver's license and a clean driving record.
