Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve category sales and market share goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and category growth
  • Negotiate promotional space and product placement to maximize in-store visibility
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize category performance
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented sales strategies
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to travel extensively
