Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer issues and escalate complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and webchat.
  • Build strong relationships with customers of all backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to keep customers engaged and manage challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of the new build/construction industry and/or dealing with aftercare/new build warranty defects is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administration experience is essential.
  • A driving licence with your own car is preferred for site visits.
