Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate customer issues and escalate complaints to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Support customers throughout their end-to-end journey using email, telephone, and webchat.
- Build strong relationships with customers of diverse backgrounds through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and improve service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Experience in escalating customer complaints and managing challenging situations.
- Knowledge of the new build/construction industry and/or dealing with aftercare/new build warranty defects (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Administration experience (essential).
- A driving license with a car (preferred) for visits to new build development sites.
