About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This includes working closely with managers and colleagues to grow people and organizational capability at our busy Manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support a talented Generalist HR Team. You will also be responsible for rolling up your sleeves, tackling challenges, and helping create a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
  2. Work closely with managers and colleagues to grow people and organizational capability
  3. Lead a talented Generalist HR Team and provide guidance and support as needed

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
