Company Overview
Retrofits are a key focus area for Resourcing Group, working in partnership with a maintenance contractor specialising in retrofit works across the South West of England. This role is critical to our expansion plans and requires an experienced professional to manage and oversee ASHP teams and projects, as well as the programme of works across the region.

Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Senior Retrofit Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects and programmes, as well as knowledge of building regulations and previous experience working on-site as a heating/gas engineer. This role involves managing a team of engineers and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee ASHP teams and projects
  • Oversee the programme of works across the South West
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Work closely with colleagues to schedule work and ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have previous experience working on-site as a heating/gas engineer and be familiar with building regulations. A van and fuel card or car allowance will be provided to support the role.

Salary
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
