Job Description

As our new HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating your HR team to achieve their goals. You will also build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, offering expert HR advice they can count on.

You will support employee relations cases and ensure fairness across the board, drive change by leading improvement programs that make a difference for people and the business, shape strategy by helping deliver the annual HR plan for the site, and upskill and develop people through quality training and development initiatives.

You will also use HR data to inform actions and show real impact.

We are offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
