About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Team Lead within the Launceston & Tamar Valley Community Nursing Team.

You will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, working closely with the Community Matron, Community Nurse Team Lead, and Integrated Care Team Leads to provide high-quality care to patients and carers in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with complex health and social care needs
  • Work in partnership with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to offer support and advice
  • Provide guidance and leadership to all staff within the team

Requirements

  • Current professional registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • Evidence of recent relevant professional development
  • A degree in nursing

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £56,094 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
