About this Role

As a Retail Supervisor at Screwfix, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: You will provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers receive tailored advice and solutions.
  • Team Management: You will manage a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.
  • Store Operations: You will maintain high store standards, ensuring all areas of the store meet our quality expectations.

Requirements:
  • You have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
