Working closely with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors, they will be responsible for delivering projects on time to exceptional quality standards.

As a key member of our leadership team at Careers in Design, this individual will contribute to business strategy and drive growth while promoting a positive working culture. They will manage all aspects of purchasing and order processing, oversee goods in and out, and ensure seamless machine servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and processing orders efficiently
  • Overseeing inventory management
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Driving business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the workshop as needed, applying expertise in cabinet making techniques

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of cabinet making techniques, including CNC processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, remain composed under pressure, and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in driving quality, productivity, and team culture improvements
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
