High End Furniture Manufacturing Leader

We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to fill the position of Workshop Manager at Careers in Design. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to business strategy and overseeing production scheduling at our workshop.
With a strong background in cabinet making techniques, including CNC processes, and experience of managing teams and effective leadership skills, you will be well-suited to deliver projects on time to high quality standards. Your ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure will be essential in managing all aspects of purchasing and processing orders received.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of continuously improving quality, productivity, and team culture, with a strong focus on growing and improving the business. You will also be able to assist in all areas of the workshop as a cabinet maker when required.
In return for your expertise, you will oversee a strong and capable team working on luxury projects from the UK market. The estimated salary for this role is around £43,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, pension, and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
