Responsibilities and Requirements

The Cover Supervisor Lead position at Long-term Teachers Ltd requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can lead the cover team, ensure effective supervision of classes, and promote academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student behavior, embedding previous learning, and maintaining a distraction-free environment. They will also be responsible for line management, team performance, primary contact, and advocating for the cover team's needs and priorities, aligning with the Trust's values.

Salary and Benefits
