We are looking for an experienced retail supervisor to join our team at Screwfix. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high store standards.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: You will be responsible for leading a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.
  • Key Responsibilities: You will maintain high store standards, ensure all areas of the store meet our quality expectations, and drive sales growth through exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • You have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.
