Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Executive to join our team at Major Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within all customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sales, ideally within the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of retailer operations and customer service levels. Experience working with Tesco and Pret is preferred but not essential.

You will support the commercial team with day-to-day and administrative requests across various retailer accounts, primarily managing commercial forecasts, capturing and communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits: Hybrid set-up, car allowance, pension scheme, permanent employee benefits

Requirements:

  • Competent with major software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally and with external customers
  • Possess excellent organisational skills to support the National Account Controller in driving profitable sales growth
