Deliveroo - National Account Manager
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing daily relationships with our largest restaurant partners in the UK.
You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales and improve their daily operations. You will work closely with our Client Partners to deliver weekly operational meetings and reviews, building and delivering insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of partner-specific goals, presenting partner performance review meetings with partners.
- Manage weekly operational meetings and reviews, building and delivering insight during regular reviews with support from your Client Partner.
- Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practices.
- Deliver in-person training sessions for main restaurant partners to include: operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise opportunities for growth in necessary regional zones across the UK.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management or a strategic partnerships role.
- Ability to manage data and create compelling insights that are clear and applicable.
- Effective relationship-building and communication skills.
