We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Physics department as a Curriculum Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious educator to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our Physics curriculum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Physics curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students. They will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, and will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our Physics programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Physics curriculum that meets the needs of our students
  • Lead the development of teaching and learning resources, including lesson plans, assessments, and materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our Physics programs, making recommendations for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues in the development of their teaching practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Physics education, with experience in curriculum development and leadership. You will also need to be an effective communicator and team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
