Curriculum Lead of Physics

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Curriculum Lead of Physics to join our Physics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Physics curriculum, ensuring that our students receive an exceptional education in this subject.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Physics curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students' needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and that students achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry experts, to enhance the curriculum and provide opportunities for students.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's overall curriculum strategy, ensuring that it is aligned with our values and vision.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physics or a related subject.
  • QTS or PGCE.
  • Experience of leading curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for Physics and a commitment to delivering an exceptional education.

Salary:

The salary for this position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
