Art Production Coordinator

Frieze Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Art Production Coordinator to join our Fair Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering production-related elements of partner activations at all five Frieze fairs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Coordinate and attend meetings to take minutes and follow-up actions with team members and the wider Production team.
  2. Prepare and manage Partnerships Production timelines.
  3. Maintain, update, and reissue the online Sponsor Production Manual across all Fairs to partners.
  4. Support the Partnerships Production Manager with managing deadlines, collating and coordinating production, vehicle, staffing, etc.
  5. Maintain Sponsor Production files with methodical record keeping pre- and post-Fairs.
  6. Provide additional administrative support to the Partnerships Production Manager and Head of Fair Production in all sponsor production-related activities on the Fairs, as required.
  7. Work alongside the Partnerships Production Manager to create, maintain, and adapt best practices for project tracking and implementation.

Please note that overseas travel may be required for up to two weeks at a time to either the US or South Korea. Travel is subject to change depending on show requirements. Extended hours will be required when meeting project deadlines and when on site.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with external parties. They will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess a clean driving license. Experience working with multiple contractors is also essential.
