We are seeking an Art Collections Coordinator to join our team at Almine Rech. The successful candidate will be responsible for the movement of objects in and out of gallery inventory, as well as art handling and condition reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining frequent contact with shippers, art handlers, suppliers, storage handlers, and customs officers to ensure seamless logistics and compliance.
  • Coordinating post-sale export shipments to international destinations.
  • Maintaining the gallery's computer database to accurately track location and shipping information, and logging documents in the database.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
