We are now growing our commercial operations team and seeking an experienced Post-Sale Executive to oversee the full post-sale process, including artwork verification and logistics, across all functions requiring the handling, shipping, authentication, storage, and installation of art.

Job Description:
  1. Post-Sale Coordination:
  • Generate shipping quotes and source optimal shipping solutions for both buyers and sellers.
  • Manage the complete fulfilment process for both domestic and international shipping orders, including the coordination of packaging when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all post-sale transactions.
Client Communication:
  • Provide personalised and proactive communication to buyers, sellers, and shipping partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in post-sale or logistics operations, preferably within the art or luxury goods sectors.
  • Comfortable using and learning internal CRM and logistics systems.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
