Job Title: Fine Art Cataloguing and Aftersales AssistantSalary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Eames Fine Art seeks a diligent and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Fine Art Cataloguing and Aftersales Assistant. As part of our support team, you will collaborate with the cataloguing manager and after-sales manager to deliver high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cataloguing: Consolidate artist information, conduct research, capture images of artworks, and document details meticulously.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of artwork records online and on our internal database.
  • Stock Control: Conduct thorough stock checks and organize artwork storage.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly update clients on purchase progress and provide necessary documentation post-sale.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate packaging, shipping, and receiving of artworks.
