In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the full post-sale process, including artwork verification and logistics, across all functions requiring the handling, shipping, authentication, storage, and installation of art.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the post-sale process, including generating shipping quotes, sourcing optimal shipping solutions, and managing the complete fulfilment process for both domestic and international shipping orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all post-sale transactions.
  • Provide personalised and proactive communication to buyers, sellers, and shipping partners.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in post-sale or logistics operations, preferably within the art or luxury goods sectors.
  2. Comfortable using and learning internal CRM and logistics systems.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
