SaaS Account Executive

Job Summary:
As a key member of our UK team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the UK and European markets for Forbury Property Valuation Solutions. With a strong background in sales and a passion for PropTech, you will identify and convert prospective clients, expanding our market reach within the SMB Commercial Real Estate Owner and Advisory segments.
This is a unique opportunity to work for a high-growth SaaS business within the umbrella of an established CRE software and service provider. With ambitious goals both domestically and offshore, this role offers a chance to propel your career in a rewarding, supportive, and intellectually challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of the UK and European markets for Forbury Property Valuation Solutions.
- Responsible for full-cycle outbound business development activity to create momentum with our target market.
- Take qualified SMB leads through the sales process, including software demonstrations, setting up and managing trials, and issuing proposals.
- Work with colleagues in sales, product, delivery, marketing, and customer success to overcome objections and achieve sales outcomes.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in accounts you have won.
- Contribute suggestions to improve sales processes and offer insights at monthly reviews.
