Job Title: Key Account Manager - Connected Vehicles

Aeris IoT SaaS is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead our automotive customer relationships for new and existing business on our award-winning connected vehicle platform, the Aeris Mobility Suite (AMS).

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the automotive connected services industry to drive overall alignment between our departments and our customers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for determining drivers' and OEM's needs and desires, understanding the competition, and identifying unique selling points and key value propositions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the automotive connected services market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our connected vehicle solutions
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline or engineering, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive connected services industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of embedded products, hardware, and software, as well as experience with OTA implementations and as-a-Service delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
