Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager - Automotive, you will play a critical role in driving our automotive customer relationships forward, leveraging our award-winning connected vehicle platform - the Aeris Mobility Suite (AMS).
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs, understanding their needs and desires, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of the competition, understanding the latest trends and innovations in the connected car industry.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Work closely with OEMs to manage legal issues, including contract negotiations and renewals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, expanding Aeris' presence in the automotive market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with virtual teams to drive overall alignment between Aeris departments and customers, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline or engineering, with an MBA a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive connected vehicle industry, preferably with OEM or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Technical Skills: Experience with embedded products, hardware, OTA implementations, as-a-Service delivery, LTE, GSM, Wi-Fi, and working with service providers/operators and hardware vendors.
- Soft Skills: Strong written communication skills, team player with excellent people and management skills, and a passion for excellent customer service.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 50% of the time, with a desire to engage in true global opportunities.
