Partner Business Development Lead

Zoho Corporation Europe is a leader in the business software industry, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Partner Management Executive. This role will be based in Milton Keynes, UK, and will involve managing relationships with Zoho Partners in the UK region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or IT company in the UK.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing partner accounts, driving joint strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring partners are fully equipped to promote and sell Zoho solutions. Key responsibilities include building strong, long-term relationships with Zoho partners, regularly engaging with partners to understand their business needs, challenges, and growth objectives, and supporting partners in building product expertise and promoting Zoho solutions.
Salary and Benefits
This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days in the office a week, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 annual leave days, a permanent contract, pension contributions, private medical insurance for employee and family, travel expenses for approved business travel, and a MacBook, mobile, and paid SIM.
