Business Development Manager

As a key member of our Zoho Corporation Europe team, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our partners in the UK region. Your responsibilities will encompass partner account management, administration, support, and collaborative strategy development to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:
Supporting our partners in building product expertise and promoting Zoho solutions is a critical aspect of this role. You will work closely with our partners to identify opportunities for growth in new accounts and customers, organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge, and oversee account administration, including commission management and tracking partner performance. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date partner records and generate regular reports on partner performance and engagement.
- Collaborating with partners on joint marketing activities, including co-sponsored events and digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with internal teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Security/Privacy, and Support, to streamline partner operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or IT company in the UK. A strong understanding of CRM, cloud, and business software solutions is essential. You should also possess proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail, as well as strong analytical skills to track and optimize partner performance.
What We Offer:
This is a hybrid role that requires at least 2 days in the office per week in Milton Keynes. The position comes with a competitive salary range (£55,000 - £65,000) based on location and experience, along with performance-based annual increments. You will also receive pension contributions, private medical insurance for employee and family from Bupa, and travel expenses for approved business-related travel costs.
