We are seeking a dedicated Patient Meal Experience Coordinator to join our team at Wales Medicines Strategy Group.

Job Description

As a Patient Meal Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality food services to patients, ensuring their meals are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. You will also work closely with other managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient meal experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of patient meals, ensuring they are delivered to the correct ward and room on time.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and other managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient meal experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and complaints, using this information to inform improvements to food services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-focused or retail environments, as well as healthcare or education catering, and hold HACCP Training and Food Safety Level 4 qualifications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
