As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the medical staff and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Emis and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment diary efficiently
  • Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Processing patient registrations, insurance forms, and payments
  • Providing administrative support to the medical team
  • Maintaining patient records accurately and ensuring confidentiality
