Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Professional to fill the role of Patient Flow Practitioner at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. This position requires a strong understanding of patient flow processes and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing patient flow data, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working in patient flow processes, contracting around NHS Inpatient Detox, and addictions. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. As a Healthcare Process Optimizer, you will be responsible for analyzing patient flow data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze patient flow data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce delays
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Stay up-to-date with changes in patient flow processes and contracting requirements

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Salary Range

The salary for this role is £36,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
