Patient Meal Provision Manager

Salary: £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, pro rata.
Job Description: As a Patient Meal Provision Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of catering staff to provide patient meals that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse patient needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
- Train and supervise catering staff to ensure they adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent leadership skills and experience in healthcare or education catering. You should also hold relevant certifications such as HACCP Training and Food Safety Level 4.
