About the Role:
The Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development programme (ACCEND) aims to provide transformational reform in education, training, and career pathways for cancer support workers, nurses, and AHPs.
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Reform Manager to work with stakeholders to develop a strategy and ensure successful integration of the ACCEND framework into cancer services across our geographic footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for ACCEND implementation
- Project management and delivery of new programmes
Person Specification:
- Extensive knowledge of specialist areas
- Understanding of current healthcare policy and its implications
- Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
