Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Churchill Hospital, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves providing administrative support to Consultant Radiologists, ensuring efficient patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating administrative tasks for Consultant Radiologists.
- Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and GP surgeries.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient information.
- Contributing to the development of procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous secretarial/admin experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary Range: The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
