We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Elmbrook Court, providing care and support to our residents. As a compassionate and caring individual, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assisting with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning up afterwards.
- Supporting family members and visitors during their stay, promoting a warm and welcoming environment.
- Participating in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Carrying out day-to-day activities, providing companionship and social interaction.
- Collaborating with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12, reflecting the importance of your role in delivering exceptional care.
- A full-time contract with 40.25 hours per week, offering stability and work-life balance.
