Job Role:

Internal Sales / Inside Sales Team Leader required to drive sales and customer services excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Head the internal sales team, facilitating collaboration and suggesting improvements.
  • Promote a culture of aggressive sales pursuit, while supporting others to achieve similar results.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and international suppliers.
Essential Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in sales team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Results-driven, with expertise in administration and technical matters.
Package Details:

£55,000 - £70,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits package.
