Experienced Manager Position

We're seeking an experienced retail professional to fill this key role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
This Store Manager position requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve results.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Additionally, you'll develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
About You:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales targets and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
