Experienced Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Experienced Support Worker for Vulnerable Children.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting children with mental health challenges, SEN, and trauma. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support to students who require assistance with their SEMH and personal needs.
- Maintaining awareness of safeguarding processes within the school and taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Assisting students with elements of personal care when required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
